A HOME WITH HISTORY
An apartment
with a character of its own.
Our house dates from the late 18th century. Wooden floorboards, exposed timber framing and clay plaster give the rooms their character. We thoroughly modernised the apartment in 2024, while preserving its individuality.
The apartment is approximately 40 m² and sleeps two people. A separate bedroom, a living room, your own kitchen and a bathroom with a shower offer space for a relaxing weekend or a longer stay.
Please know before you book
The apartment is two floors above ground level, with no lift. Ceilings are approximately 2.0–2.1 m high. The house has narrow stairs, raised door thresholds and a high step into the shower. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests who require step-free access.

The kitchen is equipped and the beds are made. We welcome you in person and take the time to show you around.

A hob and oven, fridge with a freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and French press. Coffee, tea and basic seasonings are provided.
Stay a little longer
Free Wi-Fi, a smart TV and satellite television. Guests can use the washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor. Fresh bed linen and towels are available on request.
An easy arrival
Your free parking space is reserved for you. Bicycles can be kept in the courtyard or on the ground floor. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Includes VAT and Dresden accommodation tax, bed linen, towels, final cleaning and parking. No additional charge for the second guest.
No advance payment and no security deposit. For direct bookings, payment is in cash on arrival or departure. We provide a receipt and can issue an invoice on request.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 11 am. We hand over the keys in person. Very late arrivals are possible by prior arrangement. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
This may be possible by arrangement, depending on other bookings. We can also discuss luggage drop-off and parking before check-in, or luggage storage after check-out.
Are children and pets welcome?
Children are very welcome. A cot and high chair are available on request. We cannot accommodate pets. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Is there a minimum stay?
There is no general minimum stay; a single night is possible. You are also welcome to stay for several weeks. Please contact us to discuss a longer stay.
What should I know about the facilities?
There is no dishwasher, microwave or fixed air conditioning. A tower fan is available on request. Please also bear in mind the low ceilings and the stairs without a lift.
How does a direct booking work?
Contact us by email or phone. We check your dates and confirm the booking in writing by email. You pay in cash at the property. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as early as possible so we can find a solution together.
